Quotation Terms and Conditions

1. Only work specified is included in the fees; any additional work will be charged on an hourly basis.

2. The work will be carried out in a first class manner to your reasonable satisfaction.

3. Terms of payment:
i. Stage payments (where applicable) are specified.
ii. Final payments are due in full on completion of the works or as specified.

4. All quotations are valid for 30 days only and may be subject to alteration after that date.

5. Written acceptance of quotations is required prior to work commencing.

6. Any conditions in a quotation cannot be invalidated without prior consent in writing.

7. The contract may be cancelled by either part at any time following written notification. Any outstanding fees for any works carried out up to the date of termination must be paid in full on termination of the contract.

8. No allowance is made in the price for any extra work required due to unknown, hidden or underground features.

9. The prices are based on known conditions at the time of viewing.

10. Plant supply: unless otherwise stated, no allowance has been made in the price for any planting, maintenance or plant replacement. Watering: unless otherwise stated, no allowance has been made to apply water to plants, bulbs or seeds after planting or sowing.

Reservation of title: The property of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer but shall remain vested in the Seller until all the sums owing from the Buyer to the Seller, on whatsoever grounds and whether in respect of this or any other contract or transaction, shall have been paid and, until such time, the Buyer shall hold the goods as Bailee for the Seller. Such funds shall not be treated as paid until all cheques, bills or other instruments of payment have been honoured in full and in accordance with their terms.

If the Buyer shall default in the punctual payment due to the Seller, whether under this contract or otherwise, the Seller shall be entitled forthwith to enter the premises of the Buyer and/or the premises stated in the contract and/or the premises or site whether closed or sealed where the contract and works were effected, to repossess any goods which remain the property of the Seller, and the Buyer shall for this purpose afford the Seller free and total access, and the Seller shall be entitled to enter the aforementioned premises or any premises of which the Buyer is in occupation or to which he has access or where any such goods may be. The titles of the properties in the goods are not transferable.
